4. Orders and Payment Terms

4.1 Order Process

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our detailed Returns & Exchanges Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Key points include:

• Eligibility: Return/Exchange requests must be initiated within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale): For safety, hygiene, and quality assurance, the following cannot be returned unless damaged or defective: All Candles and LEDs, Decorative Candles, Floating Candles, used/assembled items, and custom/final sale items.
• Process: Contact [email protected] within the timeframe to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the error is ours.
• Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of return approval. Please allow 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
