Returns & Exchanges Policy

- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. All tags and protective materials must be intact.

To ensure safety, hygiene, and the pristine condition required for resale, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Candles and LEDs: All candle products, including Decorative Candles, Floating Candles, and Candles and LEDs, are final sale for sanitary and safety reasons.
